We are thrilled to announce the appointment of Felina Tan as new Growth Director. Her arrival follows Kaizen’s recent European expansion into Germany, marking an exciting new chapter for the agency.
Felina Tan joins Kaizen from industry competitor Builtvisible, bringing over 12 years of agency experience with a dual focus on strategic and commercial growth. Her passion, energy, and innovative approach made her an ideal candidate for furthering Kaizen’s mission of continuous improvement; finding better ways forward, pushing for progress, and creating real, positive change for clients.
