The Role
This role will be both challenging and exciting; you will sit in the Social team which works primarily on Organic Social and Influencer Marketing strategy and delivery. You will be reporting directly to the Social Media Lead and will help the Kaizen Social team with all forms of client tasks as well as assist in new business pitches.
Key Responsibilities
- Aid in developing and implementing comprehensive Social Media Strategies (organic and influencer) for our clients that align with brands goals and business objectives.
- Work with Creative on curating monthly content plans including participating in ideations, and planning optimised content calendars.
- Reviewing creative content and assets including, imagery, video, and copy to ensure quality is of the highest standard and aligns with objectives.
- Manage the implementation of Influencer strategies in terms of talent matching and briefing, influencer communication, and content QA.
- Support and maintain partnerships with influencers or their managers
- Proactive in identifying strategic opportunities for clients or campaigns to see greater results.
- Engage with client social media communities, responding to comments and messages.
- Adhere to client SLAs including client communications, project management and reporting
- Deliver monthly data driven reports and analytics, drawing actionable insights to inform future strategy.
- Line Manage 1 person – aid in training and professional development.
- Complete ad hoc tasks for line manager.
About You
- 2 to 3 years experience in account management for Organic Social and Influencer Marketing clients
- Deep understanding of Social Media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook and YouTube as well as planning and scheduling platforms such as Meta Business Suite.
- A social and influencer native, with knowledge of trends and industry news
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent project management skills including anticipating issues, solution-oriented in the form of relevant intervention to get them resolved, proactively helping traffic work and managing the team to stay on schedule, able to recognise when a problem needs to be escalated.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as good copywriting and proofreading skills
- Incredibly organised and a self starter
- Good interpersonal skills and want to be a positive addition to company culture
- Receptive to instructions and directives, but also able to work on their own without supervision
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask
- You are an ambitious person who has the desire to help support and grow a small team within the agency
- Full understanding of google suite
- Previous line management experience.
- Plus: Previous agency experience
- Plus: Good understanding of Paid Social including implementing strategy, monitoring progress and pulling together reports.
