The Role

As a Senior PR Exec, you will play a pivotal role in shaping client success by developing and executing creative Digital PR strategies that will drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and drive organic growth for our German and UK clients. You will take a creative approach to managing PR projects and will be responsible for coordinating with colleagues in the PR team to deliver against agreed deadlines and targets. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for strategy, collaboration and excellence. 

You’ll be highly enthusiastic about all things PR, you’ll be an avid reader of the news and you will stay up to date with the latest trends across social media. You are always looking for new innovations and best practices to share internally and with clients that will help us achieve our mission.

This role requires a self starter, effective communication and organisation skills and a strong creative mindset. You will have a proven track record of managing results-driving digital PR campaigns throughout the entire process from ideation through to outreach.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end campaign creation across your clients, creating detailed briefs which will take the campaign from ideation through to outreach, ensuring all campaigns are executed seamlessly and to expected standards.
  • Support with data and copy creation of PR campaigns, as well as prospecting and outreach when required.
  • Take ownership of scheduling monthly activities, monitoring deadlines and maintaining high standards for all client deliverables.
  • Deliver an exceptional client service for your client base, acting as the client lead on our smaller client accounts and supporting Account Directors on our Tier 1 clients.
  • Review outreach strategies, email templates, and prospecting lists to ensure effectiveness and quality.
  • Collaborate with Account Directors to contribute to quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and client strategy refreshes, ensuring all recommendations are impactful and forward-thinking.
  • Prepare and analyse monthly performance reports for client accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Act as the internal client, championing attention to detail and challenging colleagues to deliver best-in-class results across all deliverables.
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of your client campaigns, proactively identifying areas for improvement, whilst working collaboratively with colleagues to implement strategies that will drive measurable results.
  • Engage with the news and stay up to date with trends in Germany and the UK so that you can create and pivot campaigns to get coverage.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry best practices, guidelines, and search engine updates, sharing insights with the team to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Assist in the development of new business pitches and proposals, contributing to the growth of Kaizen’s revenue.

About You

  • Native or C1/C2 German & English.
