Founded in 2013, we apply a Kaizen mindset to everything we do.
We’re experts in Organic Strategy, technical SEO, compelling content, digital PR, and social media expertise to position your brand exactly where your customers are looking. From Google to TikTok, and Reddit to Amazon, we leverage organic marketing channels to drive impactful digital growth for brands.
Our progressive approach enables the delivery of impactful future-facing organic strategies that create lasting impact for your brand and bottom-line.
Our promise is to get brands noticed, considered, and chosen.
The Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team and help shape the future of our agency! In this role, you’ll take the lead in driving marketing initiatives that fuel our growth, connecting us with enterprise-level and scale-up decision makers across industries like eCommerce, travel and hospitality, financial services, automotive, and fashion.
With a creative and strategic mindset, you’ll develop and implement marketing campaigns that build our brand, expand our sales funnel, and showcase our expertise. Your work will span content marketing, events, email campaigns, and more, as you identify innovative ways to position our agency as a thought leader in the digital marketing space.
You’ll collaborate closely with our experienced and approachable sales team, as well as our specialists and designers, to craft materials that are engaging, professional, and impactful. You’ll also stay ahead of industry trends, constantly refining our marketing strategies to connect with new prospects and nurture leads.
If you have a passion for digital marketing and advertising and thrive on combining creativity with data-driven insights, this role is for you. You’re skilled at managing high-value content, leading cross-channel campaigns, and leveraging tools like CRMs to optimise performance. Plus, you’re proactive, personable, and ready to make a real impact on Kaizen’s next chapter of growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns and content aligned with the agency’s goals, focusing on engaging enterprise-level and SME decision-makers (e.g., CMOs, Marketing Directors, Heads of Marketing).
- Coordinate and deliver cross-channel marketing efforts, including content marketing, email campaigns, and event promotion.
- Leverage insights to create compelling messaging that resonates with marketers and highlights the agency’s expertise.
- Oversee the production of high-value content—case studies, whitepapers, and blog posts—to establish thought leadership and drive engagement.
- Work closely with specialists and designers to ensure marketing materials are visually engaging, professional, and tailored to target audiences.
- Implement and maintain a consistent content calendar to nurture leads at every stage of the sales funnel.
- Experiment with new content formats and strategies to uncover fresh marketing opportunities.
- Optimise lead capture tools—such as forms, landing pages, and CTAs—to boost conversion rates.
- Monitor marketing performance, adjusting targeting, copy, and budgets to enhance ROI.
- Regularly update website content to include the latest case studies and other relevant materials.
- Plan, promote, and execute roundtables and thought leadership events designed to attract and inspire brand leaders.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and techniques in digital marketing to continuously refine lead generation efforts.
- Set clear KPIs for marketing initiatives and track performance to ensure goals are met.
- Deliver monthly reports that highlight marketing successes and identify areas for improvement.
About You
- Proven experience in a digital marketing agency or related role, with a focus on content marketing, lead generation, and event management.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to identify and engage target customers, nurture leads, and drive results across multiple stages of the marketing funnel.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build meaningful connections and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Highly organised and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with attention to detail and a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills at a native English level.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems (bonus if it’s Hubspot!) and marketing tools to track performance, manage workflows, and optimise campaigns.
- A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for digital marketing and a drive to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and use insights to refine strategies and improve performance.
