The Role

The Digital PR Market Lead will be instrumental in introducing and establishing our digital PR product in the German market. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, marketing expertise, and a deep understanding of the digital landscape in Germany. The ideal candidate will lead efforts to enhance our clients’ SEO through innovative digital PR strategies, directly contributing to their business growth.

This is a unique opportunity to set up an office, lead client acquisition in the market and build your own agency with the backing and financial support of an established player in the market. We’re looking for a driven commercial leader to take Kaizen into Germany, build out a clear portfolio of clients and grow their own agency, which unique upsides for the right candidate. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the launch strategy for our new digital PR product tailored for the German market
  • Lead on client acquisition (supported by a new business agency), pitching and building a delivery team in Germany
  • Create and manage an independent cost centre covering all staff, office and 3rd party costs
  • Lead and manage all aspects of the product lifecycle, from strategic planning to tactical activities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners and digital platforms within Germany
  • Adapt digital PR products to align with the cultural and business nuances of the German market
  • Lead sales and marketing to drive product awareness and achieve sales targets
  • Create compelling case studies and content that demonstrate the effectiveness of our digital PR solutions in enhancing SEO
  • Conduct market research to continuously refine and improve our product offerings
  • Represent Kaizen Search Marketing at industry events, seminars, and networking events within Germany

About You

  • Driven, results-orientated, independent mindset
  • 7+ years of marketing agency experience
  • Prominent industry voice with experience speaking at events  
  • Commercially driven with a proven sales track record 
  • Clear expertise in intertwining outbound, inbound and event-based client acquisition strategies
  • Natural leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate 
  • Proactive and driven individual with a passion for digital marketing
  • Experience selling solutions across European markets
  • You’re a hardworking team player
  • You’re an ambitious person and never want to stop growing and learning
  • Enjoys multi-tasking and has very strong personal organisation skills
