Our progressive approach enables the delivery of impactful future-facing organic strategies that create lasting impact for your brand and bottom-line.

Our promise is to get brands noticed, considered, and chosen.

The Role

We’re looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team and help us grow! In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving new business and supporting our agency’s exciting journey of growth. With a creative and strategic mindset, you’ll help us expand our sales funnel as we step into the next chapter of our development.

Working closely with our friendly and experienced sales team, you’ll seek out new opportunities across a wide range of industries and markets including ecommerce, travel and hospitality, financial services, automotive, and fashion. From crafting targeted outbound communications to teaming up with our marketing efforts, your work will be diverse, rewarding, and backed by a competitive commission structure.

If you’re someone who loves digital marketing and advertising, this role is for you. We’re eager to meet someone who’s curious about learning more about organic strategies like SEO and social media. You’re confident in building new connections, personable, and excited to bring creative ideas to the table for connecting marketers with Kaizen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluating incoming opportunities alongside the Business Development Manager to ensure the best fit for our agency.

  • Partnering with marketing and internal teams to develop innovative approaches to identifying and connecting with new prospects.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, events, and opportunities to strengthen in-person sales efforts.

About You

  • Previous experience in a sales or recruitment role is a plus, but not essential—we’re more interested in your drive and potential.
  • Highly motivated with a knack for identifying target customers, qualifying leads, and excelling in the lead generation stage of the sales process.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build meaningful rapport with prospects.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Outstanding written communication skills at a native English level; fluency in German, French, Italian, or Spanish is a valuable bonus.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and related tools to manage outreach, track progress, and streamline the sales process.

Our Benefits
