Why We’re Launching in Germany

EXPANDING OUR INTERNATIONAL OFFERING

Recently, we’ve made the exciting decision to expand our international offering further by opening an office in Germany. This marks a significant milestone for Kaizen and an important step in our journey to scale globally.

When I joined Kaizen five years ago, we embarked on a bold journey to build an international digital PR service that complemented our UK offering. It was an exciting yet challenging experience, one that pushed us to grow individually and as a team. It allowed us to deliver even better results for our clients at scale, and the hard work paid off as we established ourselves as a leader in the international digital PR space. With that service now mature and our in-house experts growing, we began looking for the next challenge to elevate Kaizen’s global presence.

Why Germany?

Our work in the German market has grown considerably over the past few years. We’ve partnered with global teams and secured coverage in top-tier German publishers, which attracted attention from businesses in Germany who wanted to work with us specifically in their native language. The demand for a dedicated German service was undeniable.

With the growing demand from German clients and our ambition to develop the market further, we decided to invest further in our German service. Berlin, a city known for its creativity, entrepreneurial spirit, and dynamic business environment, was the perfect location for our expansion.

A Mission to Drive Innovation

At Kaizen, we are firm believers in advancing the industry through continuous learning, innovation, and training.

The German market, while highly advanced in many areas, has been somewhat slower to adopt Digital or Performance PR practices. Traditional link-buying remains the dominant strategy. This created an exciting opportunity for us to introduce our data-driven, performance-focused PR approach to the market. We believe that by doing so, we can offer businesses in Germany a more future-proof method of achieving SEO growth.

We’re passionate about demonstrating that Performance PR is the key to delivering long-term, sustainable SEO growth. By opening an office in Berlin, we’re positioning ourselves to play a key role in shaping the future of digital PR in Germany and beyond.

The Right Leadership for the Market

Of course, to lead our efforts in Berlin, we needed someone with deep knowledge of the German SEO landscape and a shared passion for disrupting the status quo. That’s why we’re thrilled to have Dominik Wojcik on board to spearhead our German service offering. Dominik brings a wealth of experience from his years in the SEO agency space and is just as excited as we are to meaningfully enhance the off-page strategy in the German market.

His expertise, combined with Kaizen’s proven track record of delivering measurable results, will allow us to offer a unique, high-value service to businesses across Germany. We’re confident that Dominik’s leadership will help us scale our team and expand our presence in the region, all while maintaining the high standards and innovative approach that our clients have come to expect from Kaizen.

Looking Ahead

This expansion represents more than just a new office—it’s an opportunity to bring our philosophy of constant improvement to a market that’s ready for change. We’re eager to work with businesses in Germany and across Europe who are ready to embrace Performance PR and achieve new levels of growth.
