Creating Reactive Content to Gain Regional Coverage in France

The strategy
Food is a massive part of French Culture and, as a result, is a highly covered topic in the media. Amid the pandemic, we launched a campaign for Savoo on France’s favourite takeaways by analysing search volume and the number of restaurants available by cuisine in the 20 biggest cities in France.
While covid restrictions were still in place, consumers had to adapt their food habits. Launching a campaign about the rise of takeaway habits in France was topical and received a lot of interest from French journalists. By focusing on regional angles, we managed to land coverage in various publications throughout France.
The results
Thanks to a regional approach, we exceeded KPIs for Savoo in less than a month. We landed coverage in popular French newspapers such as La Dépêche and lifestyle media like Le Bonbon.
