  • The Role

    The role is both exciting and challenging; you’ll be responsible for leading the delivery of our paid media services and, with the assistance of the senior leadership team we’ll support you to shape and grow the paid media offering at Kaizen. 

     

    From our existing client base we have the ambition to scale this to a 3-4 person team delivering paid media for 5-6 clients and you’ll be the first person within this team. 

     

    So we’re looking for someone who has experience managing PPC & Paid Social clients, is excellent at building relationships/running client accounts and demonstrates a proactive entrepreneurial spirit.

  • Key Responsibilities

    • Develop relationships with paid media clients and manage clients across PPC and paid social
    • Deliver growth on paid media accounts and build long term client relationships
    • Managing clients’ media spends and reconciling finances on a monthly basis
    • Working with clients to prioritise audits, testing and implementation
    • Creation of client reports and QBRs
    • Weekly client calls and updates
    • Ability to retain and grow client relationships into other services or larger budgets
    • Assist new businesses pitches or proposals from a corporate Paid Media perspective
    • Adhere to and promote the values of the company
  • About You

    • Experience running PPC & Paid Social accounts for a diverse range of clients
    • 1.5+ years experience for Paid Media within a digital / Paid Media agency
    • Managed Paid Media clients across multiple digital marketing services and territories
    • Proficient across Google Ads and Meta Products. Any other channel experience is a bonus
    • English speaking at a professional level
    • You’re very ambitious person and have the desire to create and lead a team
    • Logical thinker who regularly solves problems by employing creative solutions
    • Enjoys multi-tasking and has very strong personal organisation skills
