  • The Role

    We are looking for an ambitious, hard-working Copywriting Assistant to join our specialist team. You will sit within the production team and be responsible for delivering press-worth copy for our creative campaigns, including press releases. You will also support the SEO team with the creation of onsite, keyword-rich copy. You will work closely with our copy team to maintain Kaizen’s copy standards in order to drive KPI success.

  • Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver the copy creation of our creative campaigns, and build up expertise in subjects related to our clients’ businesses such as finance, insurance & health
    • Create SEO-driven copy focusing on effectively targeting client keywords to produce SEO results 
    • Create press-worthy copy focusing on highlighting key data points in order to garner coverage and links
    • Constantly striving to improve your analytical and creative copywriting skills in order to match Kaizen’s content standards
    • Understand the digital PR and SEO processes behind our creative campaigns in order to create copy aligned with briefs and drive results for our clients
    • Proofread copy written by other members of the DPR and SEO teams to ensure Kaizen’s standards and quality are maintained
    • Begin to have an understanding of what good Digital PR and SEO content looks like
    • Adhere to and promote the values of the company
  • About You

    • Work experience in a copy/content writing role
    • Excellent written and spoken English
    • Comprehensive experience with Google Tool Suite
    • You’re a hardworking team player who is looking to learn and develop their skills
    • You’re a pretty ambitious person and never want to stop growing and learning
    • A logical thinker who regularly solves problems by employing creative solutions
    • Enjoys multi-tasking and has very strong personal organisation skills.
